Alpha Tech Support was started in 2019 with the aim of bringing enterprise class IT Support to the SMB market. We have grown steadily, building a strong reputation locally for giving great IT Support. Our customers vary in type and size, both local and national including household names we are proud to be associated with.

Our employees have a wide breadth of experience in the public and private sector, working with networks with hundreds of employees and a diverse range of technologies. We invest in training and development to maintain a high level of expertise across all employees.

Alpha Tech Support operates a full-time IT Support desk giving you expert help during office hours. We provide enterprise remote support software to all our customers free of charge so we can assist you remotely whilst sharing your computer screen.
